Instructions - General |
1. Cut out images and
adhere to tiles with glue. Seal with Mod Podge or matte varnish. Let
dry.
2. Cut two pieces of wire, 6 inches long and insert into holes in
rectangular wood tile. Starting on one side, bend wire along side of
tile until wires come together. Slip a 8 mm bead onto both wires and
slide down to tile. Depending on size of hole in bead, you may need to
grasp the wire ends with chain nose pliers and force bead down to tile.
Make a wrapped wire loop with pliers. Repeat for other side.
3. Slip a decorative flat metal bead onto head pin and place into one of
the side holes of the round tile. Repeat for the other hole on the same
side of round tile. With your thumb pressed down on the bead and head
pin, bend headpin wire so that it rests against back of tile. Slip 8 mm
bead onto both wires and force down to tile. Make a wrapped wire loop as
before on rectangular tile. Repeat for other side of tile.
4. Repeat step 3 for other round tile.
5. Make flower and leaf dangles using headpins and small gauge wire.
6. Open jump rings and connect tiles, slipping dangles on before closing
jump rings.
7. Attach clasp with jump rings. |
