Instructions |
|
1. Pick out two
favorite images from the Mini Chix Collage Sheet. Try moving the Clear
Page Pebbles over them to see which ones look best. If you have a 1/2"
hole punch, punch out your images now, otherwise wait until adhering clear
page pebble on top and then cut around it.
2. Place Clear Page Pebbles on top of images, pressing firmly for any
bubbles. The page pebbles have an adhesive on the back but I wasn’t sure
if it would hold for the long run, so I added a thin layer of E6000 just
in case. If you did not have a hole punch for step #1, cut out your images
using the edges of the clear page pebbles as a guide.
3. Now place a small amount of Tacky Glue or Golden's Medium into the
circle of the Single Loop Photo Charm. Add Clear Page Pebble with image
attached into photo charm.
4. With needle nose pliers, attach a decorative bead on a wire
to bottom loop of photo charm. (I used a bead and wire from a pair of old
earrings).
5. With needle nose pliers, open bottom of earring wires, slide in top
loop of photo charm and close.

Note by Helga
Strauss: I followed Diane's directions and love the earrings I made
above. The adhesive that's on the Clear Page Pebbles was fine for me. I
didn't add any extra glue. To attach the large red bead, I used a piece of
wire with a loop at the end (found at bead and craft stores). I opened the
loop end and attached it to bottom loop of the photo charm. Then I slid on
the bead and cut the wire leaving about a 1/2" at the bottom. I used my
pliers to make a small loop out of this 1/2" wire and then pressed it flat
beneath the red bead to hold it in place.
