Once your class has been approved by us and we've received everything
below, we will give you a $50 gift certificate to our online shop

Upon approval,
please email the following to
artwork@artchixstudio.com:
 A paragraph that summarizes your class and
perhaps mentions some ideas on how your project can be given as gifts to
friends, etc.
List of supplies
and tools needed, including a detailed list of
ARTchix Studio products needed
Is your class good for a beginner? Or is it more advanced?
Approximately how long will it take one to complete your class?
Step by step instructions
Scans or photos of your
artwork
Note: Please send all text (class description, supply list,
instructions) in a Word document if possible.

How and Where To Send Us Your Art Scans
|
Email scans to artwork@artchixstudio.com.
Be sure to send us each scan as an attachment, do NOT embed the photos
into the body of your email.
In the subject line of your email, please include the word "class."

Our Desired File Format
|
JPEG/jpg file
72 dpi
PC format
500 pixels at tallest or widest point
White background preferred
Please do NOT put any spaces, dashes or punctuation in your file name
Name your file like this: FirstNameLastName_ TitleOfArtwork (For
example: HelgaStrauss_ILoveParis.jpg)

A Free and Easy Way to Resize Your Files |
A free and easy program to use is "IrfanView. " You can download it at
http://www.irfanview.com/
Once you've installed IrfanView:
Open your image using IrfanView
Select Image -> Resize/Resample
From the Resize/Resample dialog box:
Select "set new size"
Set your height or width to a maximum of 500 pixels
Set DPI to 72
Click OK
Then select File -> Save As to open the save dialog box:
Choose a "save quality" of 40
Save as a progressive JPG |
